About me
I have been guiding international real estate investments since 2015, and alongside that I advise companies on e-commerce and on digitalising their sales. Two worlds with more in common than you might think: both are about numbers that have to add up, trust between people, and processes that have to run smoothly.
My standard is simple: Make it Happen. Business throws up challenges that have to be dealt with. I am the partner who does not just advise on your project, but finds a solution – and sees it through consistently.
I combine analytical process strength with hands-on delivery – whether that is building an online shop, sorting out IT processes, making cross-border investment decisions in Germany, Türkiye and Thailand, or working through your personal realignment.
Where a project calls for specific expert knowledge, I bring in proven specialists from my network and steer the project as your central point of contact.

How I work
Three stages – whether it is an apartment in Yalova, an online shop, or a company network.
First, the inventory: what is there, what is missing, what does it really cost? Without a solid starting point, every recommendation is guesswork.
From that grows a concept with clear steps, responsibilities and costs – matched to your budget and your timeline.
I either implement it myself or coordinate the specialists from my network, and stay your point of contact until handover.
