Enquiries by email or telephone

If you contact me by email or telephone, your enquiry including all resulting personal data (name, request) will be stored and processed for the purpose of handling your matter. This data is not passed on without your consent.

Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the performance of a contract or is required to carry out pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) and/or on legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) in the effective handling of incoming enquiries.

The data you send me remains with me until you request deletion, withdraw your consent to storage, or the purpose for storing the data ceases to apply. Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

The “Real Estate & Investment” page contains links to Google Maps that let you view the location of a project. These links are only followed when you actively click them – no connection to Google is made beforehand and no data is transmitted.
