IT Support

From a single machine to the complete network infrastructure – dependable support for small and medium-sized businesses.

Your IT should be working, not keeping you busy. I assess the current state, close the gaps, and stay reachable when something does go wrong.

What IT support costs

There is no flat answer – costs depend on the type of service, the hardware and software required, and your requirements. As a guide: a technician hour is charged from 95 euros.

For anything beyond that, I would rather prepare a quote that fits your situation than a flat rate that helps no one. A short conversation is usually enough to estimate the effort realistically.

How we work together

It starts with an inventory: which devices are in use, how is the network built, where does the data live, what does the backup look like? The result is a written documentation – often the first complete overview a company has of its own IT.

After that you decide what to tackle: individual measures, a larger rebuild, or ongoing support. On request I also assess whether outsourcing IT care as a managed service adds up for you.
